Is it time to let go of stress accumulating in your body and mind?

Come to this class to work with your breath and awareness as we practise various poses. We will access our Prana in Yoga through breathwork (Pranayama) and increase the sensitivity of our senses. Prana is Sanskrit meaning “life force” or “vital energy.” It refers to the universal energy that flows in and around our bodies, believed to be the breath and the sustaining force of life itself. Some prior experience beneficial but not essential. All are welcome.
